Sales & Marketing Coordinator

International House Izmir is looking to appoint a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the business.

 

Main duties:

  • To provide sales & marketing support across the school

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responding to general enquiries by phone or by email
  • Responding to general enquiries on social media
  • Taking care of the clients who visit the school, giving them necessary information and following them up afterwards
  • Visiting the companies, arranging meetings with HR managers
  • Producing monthly sales reports of sales statistics
  • Contributing to, and developing, sales & marketing plans and strategies

Such other tasks as necessary and determined by the Director commensurate with the level of responsibility

 

The following skills and experience are essential:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience of working in a sales environment
  • Experience of coordinating the activities of others
  • Very strong process and administration skills
  • Good IT skills including Photoshop
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and work effectively under pressure
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Excellent client management skills with a strong awareness of excellent customer service
  • A desire to improve service standards
  • Flexible and pro-active disposition
  • A can do attitude
  • The ability to work with others

 

The following skills and experience are desirable:

  • Knowledge of and/or an interest in the ELT industry
  • Experience of working with clients in an international context
  • Fluency in English

 

 

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10:00 – 19:30, Saturday 10:00 – 18:00

Annual leave: 15 days + public holidays
