
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
International House Izmir is looking to appoint a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the business.
Main duties:
- To provide sales & marketing support across the school
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responding to general enquiries by phone or by email
- Responding to general enquiries on social media
- Taking care of the clients who visit the school, giving them necessary information and following them up afterwards
- Visiting the companies, arranging meetings with HR managers
- Producing monthly sales reports of sales statistics
- Contributing to, and developing, sales & marketing plans and strategies
Such other tasks as necessary and determined by the Director commensurate with the level of responsibility

- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of working in a sales environment
- Experience of coordinating the activities of others
- Very strong process and administration skills
- Good IT skills including Photoshop
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to prioritise work and work effectively under pressure
- Good commercial awareness
- Excellent client management skills with a strong awareness of excellent customer service
- A desire to improve service standards
- Flexible and pro-active disposition
- A can do attitude
- The ability to work with others
The following skills and experience are desirable:
- Knowledge of and/or an interest in the ELT industry
- Experience of working with clients in an international context
- Fluency in English
Working Days: Monday to Friday 10:00 – 19:30, Saturday 10:00 – 18:00
Annual leave: 15 days + public holidays
